Government officials in California have accused League of Legends and Valorant developer Riot Games of failing to carry out a court order to send notices to staff about their rights to speak to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing about harassment and discrimination. The studio has been involved in sexism allegations since 2019 when stories of harassment, discrimination, and the fostering of a toxic workplace emerged online. TSM's social media manager Duncan ‘Dunc’ Cox is apologizing for a tweet referencing suicide posted after the team took two consecutive losses in League of Legends' League Championship Series (LCS) and the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT).
