The amount of Primogems available in Xilonen in Genshin Impact was considered a game-changer thanks to her powerful ing capabilities that can make several types of team comps much stronger.
Version 5.2 will introduce two new playable characters, Chasca and Ororon. Contrary to Version 5.1, however, the update has already been confirmed to not have any new Natlan-related Archon Quests. In compensation, there have been leaks indicating that three new areas in the Nation of Pyro will be added to the playable map, potentially doubling the current size of Natlan. Based on the leaks so far, players have predicted how many Primogems players may be able to get with the contents in Version 5.2, and there may be more in store than the amount of Primogems in Genshin Impact 5.1.
How Many Primogems You Will Get With Genshin Impact 5.2
The Update Should Last Until 2025
Players may get access to thousands of Primogems in Version 5.2, according to an estimation made by the leaker known as Hiragara. The calculation was shared in a post tagged as “Speculation” on Battle in Genshin Impact.
Version 5.2 should run from November 20 through January 1, 2025, if the game sticks to its regular six-week schedule for each update.
Most Free Primogems In Genshin Impact 5.2 Come From Events, Dailies, & Exploration
Players May Get Up To 74 Free Wishes
According to the estimation provided by Hiragara, a total of 11,835 Primogems will be obtainable for free, which translates to 74 Wishes. The largest sum of these F2P Primogems seems to stem from Daily Commissions, events, and exploration feats. As seen in the calculation, roughly 2,520 Primogems can be obtained by completing Daily Commissions throughout the duration of the patch – this takes into consideration the possibility that the update will last its regular six weeks and not be shorter or longer than usual. The leak considers that 2,540 Primogems will be acquired from the events in Genshin Impact 5.2.
The calculation also considers the three new leaked Natlan map areas from Version 5.2. Through exploration in these areas, the leak estimates that roughly 1,300 Primogems can be acquired between finding secret treasure chests and unlocking Teleport Waypoints, for example. These new areas should also come with new World Quests, and the estimation speculates that 760 Primogems will be obtainable from new missions added through the update. The endgame activities Spiral Abyss and Imaginarium Theater in Genshin Impact 5.2 should also provide 800 Primogems each, for a total of 1,600 Primogems should players be able to max out their progress.
With the new content, the leak estimates that 300 Primogems will come in the form of new Achievements added with the patch. With four 5-star characters featured in banners during the patch, the estimation is that players will also be able to obtain 80 Primogems from the character trials – 40 of which are available in Phase 1, while the final 40 unlock upon the arrival of Phase 2 banners. Some of the estimated Primogems also seem to come from offering systems in the game. The calculation also considers 600 Primogems that compensate for the maintenance period.
The 300 Primogems from the Genshin Impact 5.3 livestream codes are also taken into consideration.
Players can also get more Primogems in Version 5.2 via promo codes. The estimation also considers the Intertwined Fates and Acquaint Fate that they can get from the monthly reset at Paimon’s shop. This estimation of 11,835 F2P Primogems considers that players will do everything available in the patch. If players fail to fully explore the new areas or beat the final Abyss floor, for example, they are bound to receive fewer Primogems in Genshin Impact 5.2. Even so, as was previously mentioned, players can significantly increase their Primogem count by using some of the game’s paid resources.
Players Can Increase Their Primogem Count In Genshin Impact 5.2 With Paid Resources
Welkin Moon & Battle Increase Primogem Gains
As can be seen in the estimation, players who subscribe to the Blessing of the Welkin Moon can gain 3,780 Primogems plus an additional 420 Genesis Crystals. This takes the 11,835 Primogems to 16,035 Primogems. In of Wishes, this sees an increase of 74 Wishes to 100 Wishes from the gacha banners. Of course, players need to ensure they make their daily s without faults, as this would result in fewer Primogems for each missed day. However, this is a huge boost to the number of Wishes players can make or save up for Natlan characters in Genshin Impact.
In addition to the Blessing of the Welkin Moon, players can also subscribe to the Battle for a total of 1,320 Primogems. This translates to roughly eight Wishes from banners, meaning that players who subscribe to both services can increase their total possible Wish count from 100 to 108 Wishes in Version 5.2. Compared to Version 5.1, which offered players around 97 Wishes – both F2P and via paid resources – players in Version 5.2 will have a better chance of acquiring the 5-star characters from banners in Genshin Impact 5.2.
It’s worth noting that this is just an estimation based on leaks. As such, the exact number of Primogems may be incorrect or subject to change depending on how HoYoverse plans on spreading out its contents and if the patch itself will truly last six weeks. However, it does seem like players are in for plentiful rewards with the patch, even if there are no new Archon Quests. This is the same patch that will introduce Genshin Impact on Xbox consoles, opening avenues for a whole new community base, and rewards are a great way of attracting new players.
