Tigerlily announced her pregnancy on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7, ahead of the finale. The couple had taken a baby-making trip to Turkey and it was a success. Tigerlily started having some lower abdominal pressure after coming back from the trip. She knew it was too early but Tigerlily had also made sure to travel in her prime time ovulation window. She ordered a test that was the best in determining a pregnancy in the early stages. She took it and found out on camera that it was positive.

When Tigerlily filmed the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Tell All, she had already welcomed the baby. According to People, Tigerlily’s baby son was born on August 29, 2024. That means that the season 7 Tell All was filmed way back in October 2024. Tigerlily and Adnan shared they've been "good" since welcoming their baby, who was six weeks old at the time of filming the reunion episode.

Tigerlily and Adnan named their bundle of joy “Zeyn Eleven.” Adnan had always wanted to be a father and couldn’t stop smiling when Shaun Robinson talked about their baby. He said he was very happy to be in America after his spousal visa was approved. Shaun requested for pictures of Zeyn to be shown to the cast and Adnan couldn’t help but react with, “Oh Bobby, so cute” upon seeing his mini-me on screen. A different picture showed Adnan holding the tiny baby with one hand and clicking a mirror selfie.

The third picture that flashed on the screen was one that Adnan himself had posted on Instagram in November 2024. Adnan could have done it accidentally or perhaps wondered if he could get away with it since 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days had yet to confirm that Tigerlily was pregnant. Before Adnan could delete the picture, blogger 90dayfiance_alexa took a screenshot to share it with their followers. Little Zeyn looked like his father’s twin in the photo as he smiled, wrapped in a keffiyeh.
