In February 2025, David shared a photo of Annie wearing a unique emblem around her belly, which made many fans curious. One concerned fan even asked David about it in the comments section.

As always, David didn't waste much time before answering his concerned followers. He revealed that Annie was wearing a kind of "protection" using a safety pin. He said it was to protect her and their baby from "evil spirits" that may cause unnecessary harm or complications in their pregnancy. It made total sense for Annie to wear protection, as she's eight months pregnant as of February 2025. She has faced many challenges over the last few months, including various health issues such as backache, mood swings, diabetes, cold, and flu.

In 2025, David and Annie again surprised their fans by announcing that they were selling one of their condos in Thailand. This move raised the question of whether they had planned to return to America again.

David and Annie purchased two condos together in Thailand. However, they are now considering selling one of them, indicating a desire not to keep their money invested in Thailand and to potentially relocate to the United States.

Despite enjoying the affordable cost of living in Annie's homeland, the couple may have decided to return to Arizona due to the abundance of opportunities in the U.S. and the potential for greater leverage of their TV fame. They may plan to sell the condo to invest the proceeds in the American real estate market for maximum profit.
