He was also trying to sell his condos in Thailand and launched a recipe book with Annie, all while living in Pattaya. However, in April 2025, David flew back to the U.S.

David didn’t disclose the reason for his visit, other than it being for work, but he did make a pit stop in Los Angeles before heading to Arizona.
