Will Gino’s Mistake Harm His Relationship With Jasmine?
Jasmine Wants To Go Back To Panama
Gino reminds Dana that he’s done a lot for Jasmine. He got her to the U.S. “It’s like she totally forgot that,” Gino adds angrily. He is furious that Jasmine said he’s not fit to be a father because of his mistake. Dana tries to convince Gino that Jasmine won’t be seeing her children for two years. The boys are 11, and they will want to kiss and hug their mother. However, Jasmine will be meeting them when they are 13-year-old teenagers who will not want anything to do with her anymore.
“The attorney wants to charge me $5,000 to do adjustment of status to bring the kids.”
While Gino forgot to write the names of Jasmine’s kids on her K-1 visa petition, which had to be approved before they could come to the U.S. It became impossible to bring them over because their names were not listed. The immigration lawyer suggested that Jasmine’s children will now need to get immigrant visas, and he could help them file an immigration petition. The lawyer wants to charge Gino $5,000 in filing fees and representation for the next 12 to 14 months.
Because of Gino’s mistake, Jasmine’s kids, who otherwise would have been in America within eight months of her moving there, will now take almost two years to be there. However, that’s if Gino agrees to pay the lawyer for a swift process. Gino claims he doesn’t have $5,000 after having spent lavishly on their wedding. 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? fans watched Jasmine tell Gino she wanted to go back to Panama.
