Tigerlily and Adnan went on a baby-making trip to Turkey on the show. Tigerlily wasn’t worried about the fact that Adnan might not have been with her when she was pregnant because his spousal visa was under approval. Tigerlily and Adnan only saw each other every two months, so she wanted to take advantage of a good fertility window. She also had her age to worry about but relied on natural hacks to get pregnant easily. Tigerlily used an Oura ring to track her ovulation window. She paired it with the Natural Cycles app to monitor her basal body temperature.

“Before I got pregnant with my first child, I had a fertility medical procedure done to determine fertility. The doctor said I was not able to have kids ever.”

Tigerlily took daily ovulation tests and ate Japanese fertility foods. She also did acupuncture. Tigerlily’s medical tests had determined that she could never become a mother. However, she thinks seeing an acupuncturist helped her. She also added “praying” as a secret to getting pregnant at 41. Tigerlily had started feeling abdominal pain two weeks after she baby-making Turkey vacation. Fortunately for Tigerlily, Adnan was in the U.S. when she welcomed Zeyn on August 29, 2024. According to People, Zeyn “entered the world at 6 lbs., 14 oz. and 20.1 inches long.”

Tigerlily has been conducting Q&A sessions with her Instagram followers every week since her Before the 90 Days debut. However, she was very smart while answering questions. She never let fans know that she’d newly given birth. She also never shared any recent pictures to suggest that she’d gained baby weight and looked different now. Interestingly, in January 2025, Tigerlily seemingly let it slip that she was going to have a baby soon. When a fan asked her, “Are you planning on having more babies,” Tigerlily replied with an “Inshallah” gif which means, “If Allah wills.”

Adnan was being serious when he said he wanted five kids. Adnan comes from a large family with him being one of 14 siblings. It’s a miracle he did not ask Tigerlily to match that number. Tigerlily was already a mom to two kids when she met Adnan and their wanting to have babies ASAP could have been one of the reasons behind them rushing their marriage.
