Gino itted to making an error in Jasmine's K-1 visa application, which caused a delay in bringing her two sons, JC and Juance, to America.

While waiting for her sons' visas to be approved, Jasmine is saving funds to provide them with a better future and recently shared an impressive update about Juance's academic progress.

Jasmine posted a carousel of pictures of her son, along with the caption, "my baby is starting junior high school. He finished elementary school as the valedictorian." Jasmine added that Juance is her "biggest blessing," and she's "very proud" of him. She concluded her message by expressing her love for Juance and adding that "you're the purest, most genuine love I've ever experienced."

In the comments section of the Instagram post, several of Jasmine's followers left messages to praise her son. Some were wondering if this was the same son who preaches the Gospel. Jasmine responded in the affirmative and left heart and smiling-face-with-hearts emojis. When another follower asked if her children are learning English, Jasmine said that Juance is after she enrolled him in a "fully bilingual school plus extra curricular English classes." She revealed that she's seeing "a lot of improvements."

She works with Juance to practice speaking and having conversations in English. As a result, he is "gaining a lot of confidence and fluency." Jasmine is hoping that he'll be fully bilingual by the end of the year.

Multiple 90 Day Fiancé stars left comments as well, including Stacey Silva, who left three heart emojis. David Toborowsky simply said, "Awwwww." In the comments section, Jasmine also revealed that she still plans to bring Juance to the United States. "Absolutely," she replied to someone's inquiry.

What Jasmine's Update About Her Son Means For Her Future In The U.S.

Jasmine Would Patiently Wait For Her Sons' Visas Approval

Since 2023, Jasmine has been living in the United States away from her two children. She was devastated to learn that, due to Gino's mistake, she may have to wait even longer to reunite with her sons. Although the 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 cast member felt pride in her son's recent educational achievement, the inability to be in Panama to celebrate with him might have caused her hurt and sorrow. Despite projecting an optimistic persona on social media, the lingering pain of being apart from her children may still affect Jasmine.

There's been a lot of talk over whether Jasmine is going to stay in the United States or leave to go back to Panama. Aside from the focus on her kids' well-being, deportation rumors have also been swirling around Jasmine. Someone had told her she should be deported. The 90 Day Fiancé star replied to question the TikTok over the remark and said that God was listening, insinuating that God wouldn't like that person to make such a comment. Jasmine added that she hadn't done anything bad or illegal in the United States to warrant being deported.

By all s, Jasmine is absolutely correct that she's not doing anything wrong. Just because that TikTok seemingly doesn't like Jasmine doesn't mean she should have to leave. Since it doesn't sound like Jasmine will actually get deported, the only other reason she would decide to return to Panama is if her sons' visas are denied. As of now, she's still going full steam ahead with plans to bring her kids to the United States instead of her returning to them. Her plans are to stay in the U.S. and flourish in the country with her kids.

While Jasmine is eager to reunite with her sons in the United States, Juance may want to continue living in Panama as he makes new friends in junior high school. By the time his visa is approved, he may be reluctant to make the move, leaving his new friends in Panama behind. Since Jaunce didn't show much emotion when Jasmine left Panama, he may not be very excited about reuniting with her in the United States after being separated from his peers. Hopefully, the 90 Day: The Last Resort star won't have to face this issue with Juance.
