A preview clip from the The Single Life season 4 Tell All Part 5 by ET shows host Shaun Robinson asking Natalie what it is like for her to see Mike and Josh together in the same room again.

Natalie bursts into tears and asks, “Don’t you see the same patterns? Like, it's obviously a problem with me.” Natalie finds it difficult to articulate her thoughts as she adds, “Second guy, second ****, I don’t know.” However, Natalie its, “I’m the problem.”

Natalie recalls the last Tell All for The Single Life season 3 where Josh and Mike had both ed her for the reunion, and she had difficulty choosing between the two. Tim Malcolm tries to pacify Natalie by telling her, “That’s not true.” However, she explains, “Two relationships, both ****,” as she continues crying and says that she can’t figure out why she hasn't made any progress in her dating life. Meanwhile, Natalie’s ex-Mike has made a lot of progress since he rejected her request to have a baby with her. Shaun turns to Mike to find out if he has moved on.

“I have,” Mike reveals.

Mike reveals that he is in a new relationship, while Natalie looks at him with disappointment. When Natalie split from Josh, she realized that nothing was going right in her life. While she was in the city of her dreams, all her dreams had come crashing down in an instant. Natalie was left with no boyfriend, no money, no job, and no one to have a baby with. Natalie’s mom, Nelia, had suggested she reconcile with Mike, but he saw right through her selfish motives. Mike said no to Natalie.

Natalie swore she would make Mike come back to her and start a family with her, but it’s too late to do it now. Mike is already dating a woman named Sara Rose, whom he’s been posting about on Instagram since mid-2023. Natalie, meanwhile, is back with Josh, who still isn’t ready to call her his girlfriend. The 90 Day: The Single Life season 4 star might be thinking that she will stick around with him until he keeps ing her financially without realizing that her partner will never agree to make her his wife or have a baby with her.
