During her trip to Vancouver, Canada, Debbie and Tony sat down and had a serious conversation about the future of their relationship, after sightseeing around the city. During the talk, Tony asked Debbie to move to Canada, so they could be together. After giving it some thought, she happily accepted his offer, and appeared 100% sure about her decision. Fans were delighted to see Debbie making this big choice, for the sake of her happiness. “Debbie's moving to Canada! Love it! I hope it works out,” @CanadaKimmie wrote on Twitter.
Why Is Debbie Afraid Of Leaving Colt?
Debbie was considering every possibility before moving to Canada. She was having second thoughts about whether she would be able to leave her life (and most importantly, her son, Colt) behind. Was she moving a little too fast? During the episode, Debbie confessed, "I have a lot of mixed feelings. I have to decide if I want to leave my family and my friends. I've never been separated on a permanent basis from Colt, so it's the biggest decision I've ever made in my life.” Debbie was even doubtful of Tony’s feelings towards her, and she worried that moving in together would possibly negatively impact their relationship dynamic.
Tony argued that Colt has a family now, and needs his own space. After contemplating every possibility, Debbie was relieved when Tony finally stepped up, by deciding to meet Colt. Tony even reassured Debbie, telling her that he'd let her know right away if his feelings for her ever changed in the future. During the episode, Debbie said in a confessional to Tony, "You better be worth all that I'm giving up." Tony and Debbie appeared deeply in love. The couple can’t wait to build a life together in Canada.
