Lazy Comet

The Lazy Comet Spaceship From Agents Of SHIELD Hovering In Space Above Earth's Atmosphere

The Lazy Comet was the spaceship used to transport cargo, primarily Xandarian snails, helmed by a Sivian named Viro that Fitz and Enoch became crew on while trying to get to the future. The duo took control of the ship after killing Viro by ejecting him out of the ship's airlock when he threatened to kill the rest of his crew. After arriving on planet Kitson, their ship was stolen by two mercenaries, Boyle and Toad, but was retaken by Fitz and Simmons under the leadership of Izel. It was ultimately destroyed by Jaco using an atomic bomb in an attempt to kill Izel, not knowing that she had already escaped.

Trawler

The Trawler Spaceship From Agents Of SHIELD

The Trawler was a spaceship that was used by the residents of the Lighthouse to carry out tasks assigned by the Kree Watch in the year 2091, like collecting rocks using the opening on the front of the ship. One of the residents, Virgil, used it to carry out recon missions and visit the different fragments of Earth that were scattered across space. Agents May and Simmons first attempted to use the vessel to get back to Earth before realizing they had been transported to the future after seeing that the Earth was destroyed. It was last shown being piloted by Flint and Tess while they looked at the destroyed Earth before planning to attempt to put the planet back together.

Chronicom Vessel

Zephyr Three

Kora, Daisy Johnson, And Agent Sousa In Space Aboard Zephyr Three Looking Out The Window At A Nebula

In the series finale, after Daisy ends the holographic video call with the others during their virtual reunion which takes place a year after their final mission, it is revealed that she is actually in deep space, aboard SHIELD's mobile space headquarters, leading a team of several agents including her sister, Kora, and her boyfriend, Daniel Sousa. The ship they're on, Zephyr Three, is almost identical to its predecessor and is one of at least 2 new ships that were built after the team officially disbanded confirming that SHIELD is still operating in full force.

Sarge's Truck

Sarge's Truck Emerging From Smoke And Heading Towards SHIELD Vehicles

The truck was a giant armored 18-wheeler that was used by the alien entity, Sarge, and his team as they traveled from planet to planet. It was first brought to Earth to a planet through a portal that was in the same location as the National Museum of History which they destroyed to allow it to through safely. Due to the size of the truck, it was extremely durable and was able to ram several standard SHIELD cars and vans out of its way upon arrival. The truck also has advanced cloaking technology that renders it invisible.

Chronicom Time Ship

The ship also has a  Cerebral Fusion Machine which allowed the hunters to directly communicate with Sybil, the predictor. It was destroyed by the LMD version of Coulson using a set of explosives, killing all the Chronicom hunters on board and himself in the process, although he was later brought back by Agent Simmons

Hell Charger

Ghost Rider with his car in Agents of Shield

The Hell Charger is a black '69 Dodge Charger that owned Robbie Reyes that originally belonged to his uncle, Eli Morrow. He had secretly taken it for a joyride with his brother when they were attacked and he was killed before being discovered by Johnny Blaze who transformed him into Ghost Rider. The transformation also imbued his vehicle with special powers allowing the tires and engine to be consumed by fire while in use, becoming his main mode of transportation while serving as the spirit of vengeance. After Reyes left the car behind when he returned to Hell with the Darkhold, it was kept at a SHIELD facility but was later moved to Zephyr one.

LOLA

LOLA, which stands for Levitating Over Land Automobile, is the name of the SHIELD-modified red 1962 Chevrolet Corvette that belongs to Agent Coulson and was modified by SHIELD based on designs created by Howard Stark. The car is capable of flight by turning its wheels into propulsors and also has several weapons, such as flamethrowers and machine guns, hidden in its headlights. Since the car is a collectible, Coulson is extremely protective of it and lets very few people even touch it with the only other characters to drive it being Agent May and Daisy. By the end of the series, Agent Mack further upgraded it so that it could also transform into a more modern jet black design which Coulson flew off in during the show's final moments.

Bus

The Bus From Agents of SHIELD Taking Off

The Bus, which was a modified Boeing C-17 Globemaster III built by Stark Industries and given to Coulson by Fury, was the first mobile command center for his team during the earlier seasons and was often piloted by Agent May. The plane was capable of verticle take-off and landing and Coulson later had it upgraded with advanced cloaking technology by Agent Mack so that it could become invisible. The plane was temporarily hijacked by Ward and used by HYDRA but the team eventually managed to get it back. However, it was destroyed by missiles when the team went to rescue Lincon Campbell and Mike Peterson from HYDRA's Arctic Facility.

Zephyr One

Zephyr One From Agents of SHIELD Flying Through The Air

Zephyr One was an aircraft designed and built by Agent Fitz as a replacement for the Bus in season 3. The ship is much more self-sustainable than the previous one and is able to stay in the air for as long as six weeks. It was later upgraded with Gravitonium thrusters, allowing it to fly through space and then with a time monolith-powered teleportation device, which allowed it to make jumps through time. The ship also has containment cubes that are capable of containing some of the most powerful superhuman characters including Daisy Johnson, Yo-Yo Rodriguez, and Joey Gutierez. It was the craft the team had for the longest and it survived long enough to be used during final missions together.
