There are several ways of raising friendship levels in Pocket Camp Complete, but I've found that stocking up on gold snacks to feed animals is the most effective. A good way of leveling up lots of animals in a short amount of time would be to complete Blather's maps and use calling cards to invite new villagers to the campgrounds. Sparkle Stones are also rewards for completing some stretch goals.
