The conclusive part 3 of Attack on Titan's final season is slated for 2023, with the alliance and Eren's final battle coming to an inevitable close. The battle will see all nine of the titans present in some form or other.
Eren, Armin, Falco, Reiner, Annie, and Pieck now are essentially the only active holders of the nine due to how many Eren has consumed, but fans have gotten to see each member of the nine at some point in the series. There's something special about each of the nine titans, but some outclass the other in of power.
Cart Titan
The Cart Titan is the second smallest of the nine. It's a very durable titan built so that supplies and weaponry can be carried on its back.
The Cart is the most ive of the nine and isn't as much of a threat on its own. Without weaponry attached to it, the Cart would find difficulty defeating an average scout with 3DM gear or thunder spears. While some of the nine or stronger or weaker depending on their wielders, that seems to be an indictment on the Cart since it has a relatively capable host in Pieck.
Jaw Titan
The Jaw Titan is by far the smallest of the nine and is arguably the weakest physically behind the Cart. It also goes through the most transformation when changing s.
The Jaw Titan's power is difficult to assess due to how drastically different it was with each . Ymir's Jaw might have been the weakest a member of the nine was throughout the series, while Falco's bird-like Jaw had the potential to be the most deadly if he had more time to use it effectively. Regardless, the Jaw's height and frailty make it difficult to use.
Armored Titan
The Armored Titan is an above-average sized titan with fantastic hardening and decent speed and power.
While the Armored Titan does have its signature armor, nearly every other member of the nine has showcased a hardening ability in some form. This leaves the Armored feeling plain compared to the others with more unique special abilities. From their many battles, it's fairly easy to conclude Reiner's Armored and Eren's Attack titan have similar combat abilities.
Attack Titan
The Attack Titan has average combat ability and size among the nine with a unique and powerful feature: the ability to see into the future memories of Attack Titan holders.
The Attack Titan is an example of a titan who isn't nearly as strong without the right titan shifter at the right time. Eren is a brilliant shonen protagonist and was born at the perfect time to use the Attack Titan's special ability to its fullest. Although, ironically, the Attack Titan made Eren arguably the least free character in the story by the end.
Beast Titan
The Beast Titan is an above-average-sized titan with the greatest upper body strength shown among the nine. Its throwing ability is its signature move in combat.
Like the Attack Titan, much of the current Beast Titan's power came from its host rather than the titan itself. Zeke, bearer of royal blood, can access the founding titan and transform Eldians with his spinal fluid into pure titans. Clearly, much of the beast's power correlates with the , as its previous holder Tom Ksaver almost never went to war.
Female Titan
The Female Titan is a titan of above-average height, power, and agility. It also has high-level hardening and the ability to attract pure titans to it.
Annie's female titan was powerful enough to soundly defeat Eren's Attack Titan in the first season, and for obvious reasons. The Female Titan is the ultimate "jack of all trades" titan, doing everything the nine do at a fairly high level. The ability to call pure titans to her is the icing on the cake for the most versatile titan.
Warhammer Titan
The Warhammer Titan was an above-average sized titan with the ability to manipulate hardened flesh into various structures, as well as hide its host outside the nape.
The Warhammer Titan didn't get much screen time, but its ability to create structures makes it one of the most powerful titans by far. Eren's battle against the Warhammer ended in a sound defeat on his part against an opponent far less battle-tested than he was. This is a testament to how truly powerful the Titan was.
Colossal Titan
The Colossal Titan is (usually) the largest of the nine titans. Its transformation resembles a nuclear explosion, and it has the ability to emit hot steam to defend itself.
The Colossal Titan's greatest weapon by far is its transformation. Armin nearly single-handedly won the invasion of Liberio with his transformation alone, and the Colossal Titan itself is still a threat post-transformation due to the blazing hot steam it emits from its body. The Colossal is arguably the most iconic of the nine for good reason.
Founding Titan
The Founding Titan has the ability to completely control all pure titans, manipulate the genetics and memories of all Eldians, and telepathically communicate with all Eldians.
The Founding Titan undoubtedly has lower "floors" of power than other of the nine. Frieda Reiss's Founding Titan was very weak compared to Grisha's Attack Titan for example. However, the ceiling of power the Founder has is immense. The Founding's ultimate ability, the rumbling, is the most devastating power in the series.
