About Ashley Fields

Ashley is a lifelong comic devotee after reading an issue of Fantastic Four as a child and never looking back. They are always up for in-depth discussions of characterization, character history, and ongoing story arcs, and are always looking for how current plots fit into the overall picture of their favorite characters and titles.

Industry Focus

Ashley has been a Comics Writer with Screen Rant since July 2023 and has a particular interest in Bat-Family titles and X-Men but won't up the opportunity to squeeze in a Captain America article or twelve, either. Character analysis pieces are their forte and working theories are another great interest.

Favorite Media

Regarding comics, they are partial to X-Men and X-Men-adjacent works and all things Batman but are fond of many different characters. A few of their favorite comic runs include All-New X-Factor, The Runaways, Batgirl (2000), X-Factor Investigations, Poison Ivy, and too many others to list.
