About Gabriel Theis

Based in Los Angeles, Gabriel Theis is a filmmaker and writer that's been in love with movies since he saw Sam Rami's Spider-Man when he was a child. After attending film school at the University of Houston, he began producing writing and directing original award-nominated films. After his directorial debut, "The Curse of Professor Zardonicus," was released on VOD in 2022, Gabriel started writing editorials for publications such as Screen Rant and Dread Central, focusing on horror and thrillers. He also cohosts the movie podcast, "Not That Bad," which can be found on Spotify, Apple Podcast, and other podcasting platforms. He loves movies of all genres but he's particularly obsessed with monster movies and slasher flicks.
