Does the Russo brothers' tease for Avengers 4 hide the title? Some eagle-eyed fans believe they see the word "Endgame" in the image, confirming long-standing rumors that this would be a good title for the film.
Marvel's decision to hold back the title of Avengers 4 has cinematographer Trent Opaloch updated the resume on his personal website, adding a reference to Avengers: Endgame (he swiftly deleted it).

Kevin Feige has long maintained that the title will be announced Captain Marvel. That essentially means a title announcement is next for Marvel's PR machine. Could the Russo brothers' latest tweet be linked to that, or just trolling fans?
Twitter s have been working through the image, desperately trying to see a pattern; some have zoomed in, others have played with the contrast in the hopes hidden messages would be revealed. The most obvious observation was that there are four 'A' shapes, but Patrick Smith spotted the most interesting possibility. He was able to sketch out the word "Endgame." It's true you need to be a little creative with some of the letters, but his idea does fit rather with some of the key shapes in the image, most notably the "E"s at either side of the picture.
Not everybody is convinced, though. Some have zoomed in to other areas of the image, pointing to possible examples of the letter "X." That's driven some speculation there's about to be an announcement bringing the X-Men into the MCU, although given Disney's deal with Fox is still awaiting approval from overseas regulators, that's not going to happen anytime soon. Another alternative comes from zooming on the side of the ladder, where eagle-eyed viewers believe they've spotted the word "mese." That's Italian for "month," so perhaps the Russo brothers are hinting the title will be announced next month.
The last word really has to go with Christine Leone. Clearly frustrated after spending time poring over the image, she's suggested that maybe the film should just be called Avengers: Look Hard.
