The technology Iron Man used to heal his Thanos' inflicted wounds in Avengers: Infinity War.
In an effort to bring the fight to Thanos and prevent damage on Earth, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, and Spider-Man boarded the Q-Ship and headed to Titan where they first encountered Star-Lord and the rest of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Despite an initial conflict, they eventually came up with a plan to ambush the Mad Titan. During the villain's one-on-one with Iron Man, he pierced him in the abdomen with the hero's own armor spear-shaped weapon. This was a shocking moment as it could've spelled the end of Tony Stark. Fortunately, before Thanos can go for the total kill, Doctor Strange saved his life by giving up the Time Stone.
It's worth noting, however, that before the Mad Titan backed out, he already wounded Tony fatally. With no medical facility in sight, made so much worse by the decimation as it left him with just Nebula, it's curious how Iron Man was able to survive 22 days not being treated properly. This was made possible, however, by the piece of technology that was first seen in Nebula in Endgame while they were floating aimlessly aboard the Benatar.
The Regeneration Cradle is powerful as it "prints tissue; it can’t build a living body." It was what created Vision so it's not impossible that it's able to heal Iron Man's wounds. That being said, considering that Tony had to miniaturize the tech so it can be portable, it's safe to say that his version wasn't as powerful compared to Cho's massive machine. This was the reason why Tony had to eventually ask Nebula to repatch the wound once they're out of Titan. As seen in Age of Ultron, its effects were supposed to be instantaneous, with Hawkeye's wound immediately clo with no visible scarring quickly after he was treated by Cho. Fortunately, Iron Man's technological adaptation of the Regeneration Cradle was powerful enough to heal his wounds so he could survive the wound until he got proper medical care once he was back on Earth - because without it, he could have well died from blood loss then and there.
It's unclear if the full Regeneration Cradle will ever make another appearance in the MCU. After Avengers: Age of Ultron Dr. Helen Cho and her valuable creation was never featured again in the MCU. Considering how powerful it is in healing injuries, it could prove to be useful, particularly for Smart Hulk, who suffered a tremendous arm injury when he enacted the reverse snap in Avengers: Endgame.
