Just a few days ago, Reddit 6plus4equals52 posted a list of possible DLC characters for Marvel’s Avengers to the r/PlayAvengers subreddit, which they discovered by digging into the game’s beta code. Their findings confirm the aforementioned Kate Bishop and She-Hulk, as well as Captain Marvel and War Machine. VGC would later report that another Redditor, RoboMatters, uncovered even more possible characters during their look into Marvel’s Avengers beta code on Saturday, finding references to Ant-Man, Black Panther, Dr. Strange, Falcon, Mar'Vell, Mockingbird, Quake, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Wasp, and Winter Soldier.

In the current round of beta testings for Marvel’s Avengerslack of a similar exclusive character on other platforms, remains a sticking point for many fans.

Still, the rumored list of DLC characters for Marvel’s Avengers is an impressive one, contained a varied selection of heroes from across the House Of Ideas' fabled 80-year history. Fittingly enough, a good number of the names listed in the data mines have already gained mainstream success with their portrayals in the highly successful Marvel Cinematic Universe, including some that are slated to be featured on Disney+ in the near future, making their inclusion in the new game quite timely. In the meantime, true believers should stay tuned for any official announcements regarding any characters that might be coming to Marvel’s Avengers after its planned September 4 street date.
