A fan recently shared their incredible art style of Persona is distinct, recognizable even to those who only know the bare minimum about Atlus' much-beloved JRPG series. And as the series continues to expand, Persona's influence will likely do so in kind.

Bayonetta's popularity seems as though it's also poised to expand considerably. In partnership with Nintendo Wii U exclusive. The eagerly-awaited third entry will similarly launch as an exclusive for Nintendo's latest hardware, a fact the publisher revealed several years ago during Bayonetta 3's The Game Awards 2017 announcement.

Following a long silence, Bayonetta 3 resurfaced at September 2021 Nintendo Direct last week, offering fans a first look at all-new action-packed gameplay. It's no surprise, then, that fans have renewed purpose with regards to celebrating the series. One fan, in particular, Reddit  datcravat, shared some of their Bayonetta 3-inspired artwork in the r/gaming community. The stunning piece depicts Bayonetta herself in the Persona art style, complete with bold colors, exquisite use of shadows, and a hot pink background that perfectly complements the character's overall design. The beautiful artwork from datcravat is undoubtedly representative of just one way in which Bayonetta faithful are expressing their excitement over Bayonetta 3's gameplay reveal. When Nintendo and PlatinumGames plan to showcase more of the title in action remains a mystery at present, but the silence shouldn't last too long this time. After all, the new entry is slated to release sometime next year.

Of course, the latest footage drummed up a wide array of questions, chief among them being whether Bayonetta 3 could ever migrate to other platforms. Executive Director Hideki Kamiya responded to such inquiries on Twitter, reminding fans that Nintendo serves as the project's publisher. While PlayStation and Xbox ports are highly unlikely, Kamiya said all port-related requests should be directed at Nintendo.
