Bel-Air Season 4 Must Happen After How Good Season 3 Was

Season 3 Left On Some Major Cliffhangers Leaving Viewers Reeling

Bel-Air season 3 concluded with a series of shocking cliffhangers that left viewers eagerly anticipating a potential season 4. While Peacock has yet to renew the series, it would be disappointing to see it end on such a high note. There's much more to explore with the original Fresh Prince storyline in season 3. Bel-Air has proven to be a refreshing reboot that pays homage to the original Fresh Prince of Bel-Air without feeling stale or repetitive. Here's hoping Peacock recognizes the show's success and renews it for another season to continue the captivating narrative.

Showrunner Carla Banks-Waddles said of the possibility of season 4:

“I feel good and proud of the season that we all created, and I think the response from fans has been so good, so I’m just hoping that that pays off in season 4 being picked up. It’s still anybody’s guess.”

If Bel-Air is not renewed for season 4, it would leave a lot of unanswered questions, including a big surprise for Viv. The reboot has done well to take such a beloved classic sit-com and evoke just enough nostalgia while introducing dramatic new themes for the well-established characters. There also seems to be more of the nostalgia factor yet to come. Will Smith has not yet appeared in a Bel-Air cameo role, although this may not necessarily be a good idea unless it’s a minor role. Hopefully, the overwhelmingly positive response to Bel-Air season 3 makes a renewal more likely.
