Chef Jono's Poor Performance On Below Deck Med Explained

From the very first episode of Below Deck Mediterranean season 9, Chef Jono has made it very clear how he feels about his work and being a team member with his crewmates. During their first charter, the guests asked stew Elena Dubaich for late-night snacks, which they had put on their preference sheet. Chef Jono had already gone to bed, and because Elena was unsure what to do, she woke up Chef Jono, which turned out to be a huge mistake.
