A couple of the Below Deck Down Under season 2 cast got fired due to their controversial behavior during episode 7. Although it's only been a few weeks into the new season, Below Deck Down Under season 2 is already delivering on its promise of being a fun season. Besides the return of fan favorites Captain Jason Chambers and Chief Stew Aesha Scott, fans also welcomed new cast , including Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph, Bosun Luke Jones, Deckhands Adam Kodra and Harry Van Vliet, and Stews Laura Bileskalne and Margot Sisson.

The cast haven't wasted any time getting to the nitty-gritty of a charting season and its accompanying drama. This season has already provided a clash between Aesha and a love triangle. Nonetheless, some cast at the center of these dramas have already found themselves fired from the show.

Luke Jones

When Luke made his debut aboard the Northern Sun, his position and professionalism as bosun looked shaky. Luke had his sights on Margot from the first episode she ed the crew. However, instead of waiting for things to develop between them organically, Luke tricked her into a kiss during the crew's night out. Tricking Margot into a kiss without her permission earned the stew's disapproval but sorted out the situation amicably. Surprisingly, despite confessing his attraction to Margot, Luke soon turned his attention to the Second Stew, Laura.

Despite turning to Laura for attention, Luke continued in his pursuit of Margot during episode 7. Aesha noticed that Luke was likely trying to take advantage of Margot and made sure she got to bed without Luke. However, despite her best efforts, Luke still went to Margot's room and climbed into her bunk naked. Luckily the producers jumped in and removed Luke from her bed before anything serious took place. After hearing what happened, Aesha went right to Captain Jason and tearfully told him about the events. Jason immediately took action and removed him from the boat. The following day, Jason terminated his employment, and Luke gathered his things and left.

Laura Bileskalne

Laura and Aesha during moment on Below Deck Down Under season 2

Laura's previous yachting experience and enthusiasm to the Below Deck Down Under season 2 crew showcased her as a positive addition to the series. However, that mirage quickly wore off once the season started. Laura's reluctance to prepare for duty on time placed her on a collision course with Aesha. Instead of owning up to her shortcomings, Laura has been trying to paint Aesha as the villain. The stew believes she might do a better job as Chief than Aesha.

However, Laura's Below Deck issues with Aesha aren't what got her fired. After Aesha went to Captain Jason about Laura's lack of empathy for Margot and the way Laura was coming onto Adam despite him rejecting her, Jason realized she wasn't a team player and could be an issue in the future, so her fired her too. Laura was not only borderline sexually harassing Adam, but she was more upset about not being able to say goodbye to Luke than Margot's well-being. While Laura disagreed, she left without a fight, and the rest of the Below Deck Down Under crew was happy to see her go.

Below Deck Down Under airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
