sous chef Alesia Harris, and had made his intentions with Alesia clear. So when Johnny stumbled into his bunk to find Alesia cuddling with Wihan, all hell broke loose.
Wihan's been making more enemies than friends this season. He and Johnny had a strong friendship, with Wihan telling Johnny he was his "right-hand man," and Johnny validating all of Wihan's issues on the boat by saying they weren't his fault. Now that Wihan was cuddling with Johnny's girl, his Greek temper couldn't be contained, and he unleashed his rage on the furniture in the bunk, and on Wihan. Looks like Wihan's found himself in hot water again.
Johnny Was Wihan's Last Ally
Johnny And Wihan Said They Were "Brothers"
Throughout Below Deck Down Under season 3, Wihan's leadership style has been under scrutiny. Wihan has a very casual approach to management, and many of the issues with the exterior crew that have arisen can be chalked up to poor communication from the bosun. Wihan struggles to accept ability or criticism, instead lashing out at anyone he feels is undermining his authority.
Johnny managed to stay out of Wihan's crosshairs, and on this episode, the two bond over all the drama onboard. Johnny validates Wihan by saying he thinks he's a good leader, and saying the others are all gossiping behind his back.
"Honestly, yes. I think Wihan does a great job. He's on top of things."
It adds fuel to Wihan's fire, and cements Johnny's allegiance towards Wihan. Johnny is literally the only crew member sticking up for Wihan, saying the two are "brothers."
The only criticism of Wihan that Johnny offers is that Wihan is too "sensual" with all the women onboard, and that creates drama. Johnny isn't wrong, it's been a running theme throughout the whole season. Wihan has romanced chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph, stew Marina Marcondes de Barros, and deckhand Adair Werley and the season isn't even over yet. Johnny warns Wihan not to go near Alesia, and Wihan says he would never.
Alesia Mistakenly Got Into Bed With Wihan, Thinking It Was Johnny
Was It An Honest Mistake?
The cliffhanger for the latest episode of Below Deck Down Under came when Alesia decided she wanted to climb into Johnny's bunk and cuddle after a night out drinking with the entire crew. Alesia and Johnny had made plans for her to come into his bunk to cuddle with him at night, so when she went to Johnny's room, which he shares with Harry Van Vliet and Wihan, Alesia claimed she thought that Wihan, who was asleep in his bunk, was Johnny.

Now, it was dark, and the crew had been drinking all night, but I know I'm not the only viewer who felt like Alesia knew exactly what she was doing. Alesia climbed into Wihan's bed and snuggled up to him.
Wihan embraced Alesia, confused at first, but then he seemed just fine with it.
Again, Alesia claimed she thought it was Johnny, but Wihan and Johnny don't look alike, and she knew whose bed was whose.
Johnny Believes Alesia, But Is Still Mad At Wihan
Johnny Needs To Have His Guard Up
After Johnny walks in, Alesia pops up and says, "Oh my God, I thought that was you," meaning she thought Wihan was Johnny. She has a smile on her face, though. Maybe it's because she was still drunk. Johnny leaves the room, muttering, "I don't know what I've just seen," and Alesia follows him, saying, "I genuinely just f****d up." Johnny smiles at her, saying it's okay. He's trying to hold it in, so he goes back to the bunk to let it all out.
He returns to the bunk he shares with Wihan and you can feel the anger emanating from him. Wihan continues to play dumb, asking what just happened. Johnny quietly seethes, and then starts screaming at Wihan and threatening to quit. Wihan says he was just trying to sleep and has no idea what's going on, but Johnny doesn't buy it.
"You guys are all fake... If I hear a little bit more talking, the boat is going to sink. I promise you. Please don’t f*****g talk to me... This boat is f*****g mental."
The episode ends on a cliffhanger, so whether Johnny ends up forgiving Alesia and Wihan, or whether he quits the charter, remains to be seen. But what is clear is that Wihan can't be trusted, and I'm not sure Alesia can be either. Johnny needs to keep his guard up with both.
Below Deck Down Under season 3 airs on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock.
