The Devil All The Time is a great example of how talented and diverse Holland can be, playing an extremely unlucky young man forced to grapple with corruption and sinister individuals in a small rural town. It was one of Holland's first "dark" roles, and he embodies the character excellently. The Devil All The Time boasts a fantastic ensemble cast, including Robert Pattinson with one of his best performances to date. It's a dark and twisted story, but it's grounded in reality and humanity through its developed and fleshed-out characters.

Jake Gyllenhaal's Mysterio is such an engaging and unique villain, and acts as a great foil to the naive Peter Parker. It's arguably thanks to Mysterio's betrayal that Parker develops the moral strength that he needs to succeed in No Way Home, proving just how strong and precise the character development in this trilogy really is.

The Impossible is a riveting drama about a family holidaying in Thailand when a sudden tsunami tears them apart and leaves them all alone without aid or . It marks Holland's first successful Hollywood role, in what many believe to be one of the best child performances ever. The film is extremely intense and distressing to watch, but the compelling performances from Holland, Naomi Watts, and Ewan McGregor make the film impossible to look away from.
