Big Brother: Mike 'Boogie' Malin Arrested After Threatening Will Kirby

Two stars of the CBS reality show Big Brother have clashed years after their appearance on the show. Mike "Boogie" Malin was arrested for threats against his former castmate Dr. Will Kirby.

The two reunite on Big Brother: All-Star season. Fans of the show loved the self-described villains and they both went on to do more TV shows over the years.

The current situation boiled over when threats made by Malin towards Kirby's family resulted in Kirby ing the Los Angeles Police Department as well as the FBI. According to CheatSheetthe threats were serious and included photos of Malin pointing a gun at a screen with Kirby's two small children displayed. Malin also started sending troubling messages to extended of Kirby's family. Just earlier in the week Malin had posted a live stream you can view on a twitter post by @bbspoilerfan. In this video Malin said Chilltown was disbanded and that he no longer speaks to "that other m*therf*cker".

This was not new news to most people as the trouble had gone back a few years. In 2018 CBS had ed the duo about appearing on The Amazing Race. Kirby was no interested in doing the show which infuriated Malin. It was at this time Malin started sending what CheatSheet refers to as "disturbing" texts to Kirby. At the time Kirby solved the situation by cutting off and blocking his former Chilltown ally. All indications are that the two hadn't spoken in some time before the current threats started. There also appears to be no clear indication of what triggered his renewed attack on the tv doctor.

The club owner was arrested on charges of making felony criminal threats. He was released on a $50,000 bond. Kirby had filed a restraining order as well. There is a court date set for July 2020. In the meantime the investigation is ongoing. While many knew the relationship had deteriorated over the years, it was unlikely that anyone including Kirby himself had any clue how bad it would get. It is safe to assume that Chilltown is dead and with fans clamoring for an All-Star season of Big Brother, if it ever happens, Mike 'Boogie' Malin won't be among the cast.
