Many impressive players have walked into the Big Brother house over the last 21 years, and Julie Chen Moonves wants some of them to come back for more BB action. The show's host Julie has watched each and every season along with fans. In fact, she has even joked that she considers all of the houseguests to be her children. While each player holds a special place in Julie's heart, there are some past players she would prefer to see play the game again.
Although it may come as a surprise to some fans, Julie is genuinely a big fan of the show. Julie from Big Brother doesn't want to leave her hosting gig. She hopes to remain on the show as long as CBS will allow her to. As Julie tunes into the hit reality show each summer, she often shares her input after a houseguest is evicted. Julie is lucky because she gets to be the first person to sit down and chat with the evicted houseguests after they leave the Big Brother house.
Needless to say, Julie may have the most knowledge of the game and which players truly are the best. Like any other fan, Julie has her own shortlist of preferred houseguests from past seasons. Unsurprisingly, she would like to see season 16 winner Derrick Levasseur compete again, according to Julie's top four Big Brother players. Although Derrick played a very strong game his first time around, he would need to have an entirely new game strategy should he compete again. At the time, Derrick kept his profession (he is a cop) a secret. He used skills he learned within his profession to his advantage, which ultimately helped him to win the season. If he were to compete again, this information will no longer be a secret to his fellow houseguests. He will definitely have a large target on his back.
Julie would also like Dr. Will Kirby to compete again. Will has already competed on two seasons of the show, one of which he won. Although Julie, and most likely numerous other longtime fans of the show, would love to see Will take on the game again, it is highly unlikely. Will's life is completely different now than it was when he was on the show. Will from Big Brother is a successful dermatologist. In addition to this, the game is much different now than it was during the early seasons that Will competed on. His old-school game strategy may not be as successful now as it once was for him.
Past winners are not the only players that have proven to be strong competitors. There have been numerous players that have not won the game but played extremely successful and strong games. One of these players is Paul Abrahamian. Julie would also love to see Paul compete inside the Big Brother house yet again. Maybe the third time would be the charm for Paul.
Big Brother 23 airs Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
