WARNING! THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS MAJOR SPOILERS ABOUT BIG BROTHER 26!The Big Brother 26 week 9 Power of Veto ceremony has occurred, and it had a twist because there were two vetoes in play: Angela Murray had won the regular Golden Power of Veto, while Head of Household (HOH) Leah Peters had won the Jankie Power of Veto. Leah had nominated Kimo Apaka and Rubina Bernabe for eviction, with the intention of breaking up the trio of Kimo, Rubina, and T'kor Clottey. Although this is still the plan for Big Brother 26 week 9, Angela saved Kimo with the Power of Veto, so Leah had to name a replacement nominee.

The Big Brother 26 live feeds have revealed that Angela Murray saved Kimo Apaka, so Leah Peters nominated T'kor Clottey in his place.

The Big Brother 26 live feeds have revealed that Angela saved Kimo, so Leah nominated T'kor in his place. Angela wanted to save Kimo from the chopping block so that she could prove to him that she wanted him in the house after voting him out two weeks in a row. Angela thought she'd be on the wrong side of the vote if she voted to keep Kimo over Joseph Rodriguez and Quinn Martin, so she voted to evict him. However, he ended up staying both weeks.

During Big Brother 26 week 9, the houseguests are living in the backyard in Jankie World, run by Jankie, another A.I. entity who took over for Ainsley. In order to activate the Jankie Power of Veto, Leah had to play a game. She'd then have to make a decision to either use it or not. After Leah didn't use the Jankie Power of Veto, Angela used the Golden Power of Veto to save Kimo. So far, the Power of Veto has been used every week in Big Brother 26.

What Week 9 Power Of Veto Ceremony Results Mean For Big Brother 26

The Kimo/Rubina/T'kor Trio Will Definitely Be Broken Up

Angela's decision to use the Power of Veto to save Kimo didn't change Leah's plans to break up the trio of T'kor, Kimo, and Rubina. In fact, it might have made it easier for the houseguests to evict T'kor. She's a very well-loved player, but the houseguests know that it will be hard to beat her if they make it to the final two with her. They might decide that this is their only chance to evict her. If they do, it won't be a true backdoor eviction because T'kor was selected to play in the Power of Veto competition.

The Big Brother 26 Houseguests Should Evict T'kor

Although it'll be heartbreaking for both the houseguests and fans, the Big Brother 26 houseguests should evict T'kor this week. She's proven herself to be a strong competitor with her HOH win, and she's also very strategic. She and Kimo were the masterminds behind the blindside eviction of Cedric Hodges when they found out that there was a smaller alliance, The Pentagon, inside their larger Collective alliance.

In addition, T'kor accepted her ally and competition beast Tucker Des Lauriers' offer to be a pawn during her HOH reign, which ultimately led to his eviction. T'kor is definitely a strategic threat in the house, so it would be in her fellow players' best interests to evict her while they can. However, she's so loved by her fellow houseguests that they might not be able to bring themselves to do it. In addition, it might be poor jury management for them to evict T'kor at this point.

No matter if Rubina or T'kor is evicted, their gameplay, along with Kimo's, will be significantly weakened. Even if Kimo and his remaining ally plan to take revenge, there are only two of them, which means that they'll only have two chances to win HOH out of the six houseguests who'll be eligible to play. However, anything is possible in Big Brother.

Big Brother season 26 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EDT and Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS.
