Netflix in September 2017. The show was so well-received by critics that it continued with a second and third season along with a Valentine’s Day special episode before being renewed through to a sixth season.

Big Mouth follows a group of teens as they deal with puberty and more with the help of their Homone Monsters, although they mostly create more problems. Big Mouth has been a hit thanks to its humor, relatable characters and situations, and its approach to sexuality, puberty, mental health, social issues, and more. The series hasn’t been afraid to address controversial or “taboo” topics, name drop other companies, and even mock itself, as it’s highly self-aware. Now, a bit over a year since season 3 was released, Big Mouth is back with a fourth season, along with new struggles, topics to explore, and threats.
