Charlie Hiscock as Jack: Charlie Hiscock plays Jack, one of the employees who is helping to operate the Redream technology. Hiscock is best known for playing Will in Ted Lasso, who becomes the AFC Richmond kit man after Nathan Shelley (Nick Mohammed) becomes a coach. Hiscock has also appeared in the Academy Award-nominated movie Poor Things.
Danielle Vitalis as Mika: Danielle Vitalis plays Mika, another employee operating the Redream technology and making sure it is in sync with the original Hotel Reverie movie. Vitalis played a different character in the Black Mirror season 6 episode "Joan Is Awful." Outside of Black Mirror, she has had roles in Attack the Block and the 2022 parody movie The Bubble.
Stanley Weber as Claude: Stanley Weber plays Claude, the antagonist of the original and remake of Hotel Reverie, who is trying to kill his wife, Clara. Weber previously played the Count of Saint Germain in Outlander and Count Andrenyi in Agatha Christie's Poirot.
Asheq Akhtar as Otto: Asheq Akhtar plays Otto, a henchman secretly working for Claude. Other roles Akhtar has played before Black Mirror include Professor Jotham Santelia in His Dark Materials and a prisoner in the critically acclaimed live-action Star Wars show Andor.
