Season 3 Reloaded for Events in Black Ops 6 have seen some criticism for being too straightforward in the past, but given how large this update is, there might be something for every type of CoD player this coming season, and it's releasing very soon.
As revealed on the Call of Duty website, there will be two new maps coming to the game, a new game mode called t Operations, new perks, new zombies content, and much more. Warzone is receiving new features and modes for Verdansk and a selection of new rewards. Season 3 will begin on May 1 at 9 a.m. PT/noon ET.
A Lot Is Coming In Season 3 Reloaded
A New Mode, New Maps, Zombies Updates, & More
Season 3 will see a new limited-time game mode called t Operations added to the game. Treyarch has given a first look at the Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies map, and it appears leaks may have been right about the location.
Two new maps will be introduced, Haven and Signal. Haven is a medium-sized map that will be featured in Core game modes. Signal will be a small-sized Strike map and will feature underwater traversal.
There will also be a new perk introduced called Vendetta, and its description reads: "On respawn, mark your killer’s last known position for a short duration. Get a bonus score for eliminating that enemy. The Vigilance Perk counters being marked by Vendetta." Season 2 previously introduced a new perk as well, called Slipstream, which was deemed overpowered by a lot of the fan base.
The Zombies mode is also getting some significant additions. A new mode called Zombie Snacks will see players attempt to keep their energy levels up for bonuses. The mode will be playable on all five Zombies maps. The Frost Blast field upgrade will also be returning, as well as a new "Directed Mode" for the Shattered Veil map, providing round cap limitations and extra guidance when tackling the Main Quest.
Warzone is also getting some updates to the Verdansk map, which will be sticking around for quite a while. Two limited-time modes will be coming to the map along with high-value loot zones and new features. Finally, there will be new weapons, attachments, updates to the in-game store, and a new Event for Season 3. The will cost 1100 CoD Points.
Season 3 Reloaded Could Be Great For Black Ops 6
This Is A Lot Of Content For All Types Of Players
Season 3 Reloaded is set to add a ton of new content to Black Ops 6, and not just PvP updates, so the majority of CoD players will probably have a reason to jump back into the most recent game. While some fans may take issue with the price of the Event , all the content is included in a free update, so the surcharge for the is reasonable.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 remains a very popular game, so another huge free update will be a win for most fans. This update isn't anything game-changing, but for most players, the substantial new additions like maps and modes should be enough. Players won't have long to wait to experience Season 3 Reloaded, as the new season begins on Thursday.
