In a new preview from Marvel Comics, the longtime foe Erik Killmonger as well as the powers of the goddess Bast. Now, the Black Panther prepares to make a final stand.

In recent issues from Coates with art by Daniel Acuña, both sides have been preparing for imminent conflict. While the origins of the Wakandan explorations into space began with good intentions, its founders soon lost their way and turned to war, conquering entire star systems and building their entire Wakandan space empire on the backs of slaves. Once the Black Panther discovered their existence and the intentions of Emperor N'Jadaka to conquer Wakanda Prime on Earth, King T'Challa wasted no time in marshaling his forces, as well as enlisting a multitude of allies to fight for Wakanda.

In the previous issue, it was revealed that Orisha, Wakanda's pantheon of gods, made themselves known as massive titans just outside the perimeter of T'Challa's kingdom, silently waiting and watching, and Black Panther suspects that they have plans of their own. It also appears as though nearly every black hero in the Marvel Universe answered T'Challa's call for aid, and they were all inducted as Wakandans to one of the biggest battles that's ever come to Wakanda's borders. • THE INTERGALACTIC EMPIRE OF WAKANDA - "WAKANDA UNBOUND" Part 6
  • The Intergalactic Empire has suffered thousands of losses - and still they're coming for Earth. Wakanda Prime is in more danger than ever as Emperor N'Jadaka - A.K.A. the resurrected Killmonger, one of the Black Panther's deadliest enemies - returns to face the king who unintentionally brought him to power.

The preview pages offer an incredible splash page, seeing all kinds of heroes fighting in defense of Wakanda Prime, such as Miles Morales' Spider-Man, Storm, Luke Cage, War Machine, Falcon, Misty Knight, and many more who've answered the call to stand united for Black Panther's great nation. Likewise, the synopsis confirms just how determined Killmonger truly is to destroy the Black Panther and take Wakanda Prime for his own as the crown jewel of his empire.

Hopefully, King T'Challa and his impressive assembly of new and formidable Wakandans will win the day and repel the armies of the Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda. While it's not clear how it will end (or what the Orisha's plans are), the Black Panther has proven that his greatest strength comes from his nation, people, and loyal allies. Fans will just have to wait and see if it's enough when Black Panther #24 comes to comic book store shelves.
