When fans first got introduced to Todd on Princess Carolyn, Todd is definitely the show's most hardworking character.

Todd has filled a lot of roles in the show, some that he put in effort to create, and others that were handed to him. Regardless of how long he held each job, it was clear that all of them became major parts of the character's life and served as stepping stones as he grew throughout the series.

In the episode  "Horse Majeure", Todd was named Executive Vice President of West Coast OperationsThe business is often used to help bring the two of their ideas to life despite how outlandish they might be, like the such as Smoodies, which are moods you can drink, and Mr. Peanutbutter's Hollywoo Heist, which was originally a movie about him stealing the letter "D" from the Hollywood sign, but transitioned from being a film to becoming a curated box of snacks that gets delivery every other month.

Season 2 saw the creation of Hollywoo Stars and Celebrities: What Do They Know? Do They Know Things?? Let's Find Out!, a trivia game show created by J.D. Salinger, the writer behind the Catcher in the Rye, and hosted by Mr. Peanutbutter.

During this, Todd would help out behind the series of the series as Mr. Peanutbutter's assistant, which resulted in him doing things like playing in the hair and makeup as well as unplugging the main power source to plug in a grill, before being ultimately fired by Salinger.

Prince of Cordovia

Accidentally swapping places with Gustav, the Prince of Cordovia who he bore a strong resemblance to, Todd took his place in charge of the country.

While Gustav seemed to be settling in in America, Todd was doing irreparable damage to Cordovia, even giving away all the Prince's money to charity, firing one of his advisors, and damaging the country's economy. After some time, the Prince decides to switch back and return to Cordovia, with Todd returning to America.

After he was fired from Hollywoo Stars and Celebrities: What Do They Know? Do They Know Things?? Let's Find Out!"Todd finds himself searching for something to do and give him purpose. But before he can walk into a Scientology building, he's approached by a man who convinces him to  an improv group called "Shenanigans".

After spending some time as a member and meeting the group's leader, Copernicus, Todd learns about some of their more cultish tendencies and he eventually escapes with help from BoJack.

CEO of Cabracadabra

Cabracadabra was a taxi service idea created by Todd and his friend, Emily, with the goal of helping women riders feel safe and preventing harassment by only hiring female drivers. Using BoJack's house as a base of operations, the company grew rapidly and Todd made eight million dollars when the company was sold, which he ended up accidentally tipping a waitress.

Despite not being owned and run by Todd anymore, the company still seems to thriving with BoJack using one of the cabs to get home in season 6.

Governor Of California

After accidentally winning the Ski race due to him falling from the sky at just the right time, Todd ends up becoming the Governor of California, beating both Mr. Peanutbutter and Woodchuck Coodchuck-Berkowitz for the position.

Hilariously enough, Todd ends up almost immediately reg seconds after receiving the title stating that he had no desire to lead, leaving the State without a Governor and continuing to already too-long campaign race between the two candidates.

One of Todd's worst ideas was to have clown dentists in order for children be excited to go to the dentist, since kids love clowns. The plan was for dentists to teach the clowns how to be dentists and vice versa, so that there could be dentist-clowns in offices.

Unfortunately, the plan backfired, and Todd released the clown dentists into the woods which results in them getting rabies from a raccoon and sparks a new idea from Todd to capture them and have people run from them as a fitness business,  "Run For Your Life: Escape the Rabid Clown Dentists!" which, unlike the first idea, ended up being a success.

WhatTimeIsItRightNow.com is a website that tells people exactly what time it is for people who don't know that their device already tells them the time.

After BoJack suggests that there's a job as a janitor at the company's headquarters, Todd accidentally ends up as the head of the company due to his qualifications. In addition to telling time, the website also produces the hit television show Philbert, which stars BoJack and Mr. Peanutbutter and Todd oversees.

In "Surprise!", Todd and Princess Carolyn spend the episode trying to find Ruthie, Princess Carolyn's daughter, after she gets lost in Mr. Peanutbutter's house during what was supposed to be a surprise wedding for him and Pickles, organized by Todd.

After seeing how good Todd is with children, Princess Carolyn offers him a job as Ruthie's nanny in order to help her while she's busy with work due to her struggling to balance her professional and personal lives.

Head of Daycare

In the season 6 episode, "The Horny Unicorn", Todd and his girlfriend Maude pitch the idea of a Daycare for the employees that work at Princess Carolyn's management company, VIM, an idea that she welcomed.

In the finale, it's confirmed that Todd is still the head of the daycare, and looking after the babies who he refers to as his work associates and it's clear that its something he enjoys doing.
