With a few more days to go until chapter #12 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, the official website of Naruto released a preview of one of the pages of the chapter.
To save Sarada from Hidari, Boruto is facing the twisted shell of his master, blocking his attack with his sword and using Wind Style: Breakthrough to push him back. This Jutsu was originally used by Orochimaru, again hinting that Boruto and the Legendary Sannin are working together. Boruto never used this technique, so there is a possibility that he learned it from Orochimaru.

Orochimaru Could Be a Huge Asset To Boruto
The Series Had Dropped Many Hint on the Return of the Legendary Snake Shinobi
Wind Style: Breakthrough was first used by Orochimaru in chapter #8 of Naruto, and Mitsuki later inherited it. While it does look like the Gale Palm Boruto often uses, the hand sign is different, and Breakthrough is a powerful offensive jutsu, while Gale Palm merely pushes one back. Furthermore, Breakthrough was first used by blowing from the mouth, but it was later shown that you can release wind from your palms, just as Orochimaru did in his fight against Kara's Victor in the Boruto anime.
The theories regarding Boruto's alliance with Orochimaru started in chapter #9, where he and Kashin Koji were seen in a cave with snake decorations on the wall. These were the exact same decorations seen in Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage where Naruto, Sasuke, Sarada, and Chocho went to Orochimaru's cave. While he was away, Boruto also found an ally in Kashin Koji, who taught him how to use Minato and Tobirama's Flying Raijin Jutsu.

Boruto's New Technique Proves He Sured Not Just Naruto, but Minato Too
The official site of Boruto shared new information about Boruto's new technique that is inspired by his grandfather's signature move.
How Boruto managed to convince Orochimaru to help is still a huge mystery, but given how Amado and Shikamaru have already broken out of the Omnipotence power through sheer wit, it is not unlikely for Orochimaru to do the same given his brilliance. If it does turn out that this alliance is indeed true, then Boruto: Two Blue Vortex will be even more exciting with the return of one of the best characters in the franchise.
