The Boruto arrives at the perfect moment to rescue Sarada from Code, by planting his foot in the villain's face and standing smugly over him, with an arrogant but cool attitude that he must have taken from his master Sasuke rather than his father Naruto.

After he was framed by Eida's power for Kawaki's crimes, Boruto had to flee the village. Konoha and her allies hunted him down for his 'crimes'. The only person who was there for him was Sasuke Uchiha. They left together, and it can only be assumed that Sasuke trained him. With all that time they spent together, the young Boruto surely picked up some mannerisms from his master.

Boruto Now Looks And Acts Like Sasuke

Images of Adult Boruto and Sasuke put together.

In chapter #1, Boruto is still wearing Sasuke's old Konoha headband with a cut in the middle, which he inherited from him. The headband now has a more powerful meaning, because the cut identifies renegade shinobis, those who have abandoned their village, and that's Boruto and Sasuke's current status. He's also a wearing a cloak just like Sasuke, although Boruto's cloak has a pink interior while Sasuke's has a black one. Boruto's overall outfit is in a darker color scheme. Sasuke has always preferred darker clothes, mainly because that's the appropiate attire for a ninja. It seems that Boruto loves emulating his teacher.

The biggest change is that Boruto now wields a sword, most likely Sasuke's. Boruto's fighting style was never compatible with such a weapon. He used to fight mostly with a kunai and hand-to-hand combat just like his father. It seems like Boruto is now also colder than he used to be. Although this might be because of the pain and suffering from being shunned by the village, it's also a real possibility that Sasuke's introverted personality rubbed off on him.

Boruto's Change In Two Blue Vortex Was Sorely Needed

Manga s from Boruto Two Blue Vortex manga chapter 1 shows a mature looking Boruto dressing in a black jacket, cape, and pants stepping on Code's face.

The Boruto that made his debut in Two Blue Vortex seems a completely different person from the Boruto of Part 1. The training he did with Sasuke, the ordeals the duo went through, and the enemies they've encountered will all be shed light upon sooner than later, but it's clear they had a big effect on the boy. Fans who believed that Boruto was just a pale imitation of his more famous father will now get the chance to change their minds. It's very obvious that Boruto respects and looks up to his master Sasuke and by copying his style, he his finally stepping out of Naruto's shadow.
