Sarada Uchiha, one of the main characters in the Mangekyo Sharingan. This powerful Kekei Genkai grants its several amazing abilities.

Unbeknownst to Sarada, her family’s special ability could be the answer to stopping Jura and the rest of the Sentient Divine Trees. It has already been proven that the Tailed Beasts, including the Ten-Tails, can be controlled by a skilled and powerful Uchiha Clan member's Sharingan. Boruto’s teammate could help either hinder or outright control Jura and his allies.

The Power To Control The Bijuu

The Mangekyo Sharingan can control any of the Tailed-Beasts

As Jura and his allies are part of the new Ten-Tails, it stands to reason that they could be affected by this ability as well.

During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Madara and Obito Uchiha demonstrated that even the mighty Ten-Tails could be controlled thanks to the Mangekyo Sharingan. Using their family’s special Genjutsu, they could order the massive beast around, without fearing losing control. At no point during their battle against the Shinobi Alliance did the Ten-Tails disobey them. Something similar occurred with Kurama in the past, as he too was controlled by Obito after being afflicted by the Mangekyo Sharingan’s Genjutsu. As Jura and his allies are part of the new Ten-Tails, it stands to reason that they could be affected by this ability as well.

While it is rare for an Uchiha to awaken their Mangekyo Sharingan, Sarada is one of the few of her family capable of using it. Sarada awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan during the final chapter of Boruto when she asked her father to protect her friend. While she has not been shown using this ability again, Sarada most likely still has access to this rare version of the Sharingan. With some training, Sasuke’s daughter could become a key piece in the fight against Jura.

Sasuke inside a God Tree with Boruto

The Sentient Divine Trees were born when the being created by Code using the Chakra of the Ten-Tails merged with a human. Hidari is one of the most intriguing of Jura’s group, and he was created with the appearance and memories of Sasuke Uchiha. While it has not been confirmed yet, this being seems to be reluctant about harming others, specifically Sarada. While all the other Sentient God Trees discussed their plans to absorb their targets, Hidari remained pensive, wondering if his affection for the young woman was real or not. This implies that Sasuke’s consciousness lies dormant inside Hidari.

Sarada could use her Mangekyo Sharingan to awaken her father’s consciousness, granting him control over Hidari’s body. It is unlikely that the other Divine Trees would be as easy to control, as they do not seem to have the same connection with the person they absorbed. Yet, Sasuke’s daughter uses her special ability to cause a conflict between the Sentient Divine Trees and the consciousness of the being they absorbed. By doing this, Sarada would greatly help other fighters like Boruto or the new Nine-Tails Jinchuriki Himawari.

The Sentient Divine Trees will no doubt be among the most powerful and menacing enemies in Boruto Two Blue Vortex. Nonetheless, Sarada's Mangekyo Sharingan could be the missing piece of the puzzle to stop these threatening beings and save the people they absorbed.
