To ring in 2022, a is still full of activities and objectives for players to explore.

One such extra feature is creating stunning visual displays of fireworks using Breath of the Wild's dragon partsBreath of the Wild features three dragons that roam across different areas of the game's map. Dinraal, the red dragon, can be seen found in the Akkala Region; green dragon Farosh dwells in the Faron Region; and the Lanayru Region is home to Naydra, the blue dragon. Last January, a player discovered that layering dragon scales over a bomb, pushing them into the air with Revali's Gale and later detonating the bomb causes an array of firework-like gleams scattered throughout the sky. Reddit Im_Crep recently ed a gorgeous video showcasing the dragon-parts-fireworks strategy, ringing in 2022 in Breath-of-the-Wild-style. Im_Crep first layered several Farosh's Scales on top of a bomb, and then sailed into the sky with Revali's Gale. Their playable Link then glided away from the gust of wind and detonated the bomb behind him, causing the scales to disperse in the air and shine like fireworks. The display is an apt way to celebrate 2022, and in-game celebrations are perfect amid present social distancing measures and safety precautions.

Celebrating holidays within the confines of video games is a great way to enjoy and commemorate special occasions amid the COVID-19 pandemic. New Year's Eve is no exception, with many gamers taking to video games like Animal Crossing: New Horizons or Minecraft to commemorate the arrival of 2022. One player celebrated the New Year at their island's Town Hall, only to be attacked by a scorpion - causing their celebration to be suddenly interrupted. Although the celebration might not have been in real life, at least the scorpion attack was in-game.

Im_Crep's fantastic fireworks display in Breath of the Wild is a strong reminder for all of the discovered - and still undiscovered - mechanics throughout the Nintendo title. titles are often full of hidden gems, fun glitches and more; so fans of the series can explore all corners of its titles to find great approaches for celebrations like this one.
