It's a Boy Meets World reunion as three cast pose with Mr. Feeny (William Daniels) in a new photo 24 years after the show ended. Premiering in 1993, the comedy show aired for seven seasons on ABC, and followed Ben Savage as the young Cory Matthews. The series was a hit with viewers as they watched Cory grow up and navigate life alongside his family and friends over the years. One friend, and mentor, was the fan-favorite Mr. Feeny, Cory's wise teacher, with whom he formed a special bond.

As audiences continue to look back on the show with nostalgia, William Daniels took to his Twitter to share a special Boy Meets World reunion photo.

The post, as seen above, features the Mr. Feeny actor reuniting with his co-stars Danielle Fishel (Topanga Lawrence), Rider Strong (Shawn Hunter) and Will Friedle (Eric Matthews). Daniels goes on to caption the post by calling the trio his "favorite students".

Boy Meets World Sequel - Cory & Feeny

Mr. Feeny and Cory's relationship was an integral part of Boy Meets World. Although Mr. Feeny could be strict at times, and had high standards for his students, he pushed Cory to be the best version of himself. He helped Savage's lead character grow up, but was there for him when he needed it, providing important life lessons inside and outside the classroom. Their bond provided viewers with a healthy relationship between teacher and student.

Mr. Feeny is an icon in the Boy Meets World fandom, but is he really a better teacher than Mr. Turner?

Although Boy Meets World concluded in 2000, the series has still withstood the test of time. The ion for the show was so strong that a spinoff series, Girl Meets World, was released in 2014 on Disney Channel, and followed Cory and Topanga's daughter, Rylie Matthews (Rowan Blanchard), throughout middle school. While it was canceled after 3 seasons, actors Savage and Fishel returned for the series, and it was met with positive reviews, even earning the Primetime Creative Emmy Awards nomination for Outstanding Children's Program for each season.

In 2022, the cast of Boy Meets World started a podcast, Pod Meets World, that has gained significant popularity and is lauded for its refreshing honesty as Fishel, Strong, and Friedle reflect on their experiences, both positive and negative, filming the show. The former two have even teased the possibility of crafting a documentary to explore the show's long-standing popularity, complete with behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with fans. Though it may not be a proper Boy Meets World continuation like Girl Meets World, it could be the perfect way to get Daniels and co. back together on screen.
