The story follows Ichabod Crane as he arrives in Sleepy Hollow to investigate the decapitations that have happened. He soon finds out the suspect may be the supernatural apparition known as The Headless Horseman.

Playing the lead female role in the movie, she portrays Katrina Van Tassel, Ichabod's love interest, and a white witch. Fans love the sensational job she does portraying this strong character. As a character who is the most loved in town and set in her own ways, she brings to life this character that was unique for its time. Christina didn't disappoint by showing little to no emotion while playing Katrina, really bringing the mysteriousness of the character to light.

Burdened by her mother's illness she portrays the annoyed and bothered daughter remarkably. She brings to life the resentment her character feels.

For one of her lower-ranked movies to still be at a 3.5, there is no doubt it has a great storyline. The story is a beautiful coming-of-age story about a group of four girls who reconnect while in their 30s and relive their favorite summer moments when they were just preteen girls.

Christina Ricci really brings personality to the young Roberta Martin and displays a tough attitude in not letting the other characters get to her or mess with her. As an athletic character, she is often seen throughout the film playing sports like baseball. By caring and sticking up for her friends her character shows comion for others. Christina does a wonderful job bringing the qualities of her character to life.

Christina plays the adventurous 9-year-old daughter, Kate. She does an incredible job at playing the dramatic scene where she almost drowns. After the traumatic experience, she portrays her recovery remarkably and shows the comion and forgiveness her character holds as she rekindles her relationship with her mom and half-sister.

Returning as her original character, Wednesday, Christina brings a new side to the character, as she is thrown into an uncomfortable setting at summer camp. Bringing humorous moments to the movie, she uses her character's unique attitude to express her differences from the other kids. Despite the new twist to the classic character, she still has the same morbid and mysterious personality everyone is familiar with, once again winning the hearts of fans.

Ricci's portrayal of the teenage daughter, Wendy Hood, follows the character as she sets out on a rebellious path, roaming through town looking for liquor and trouble. She emanates the character's strongly opinionated attitude perfectly with her sarcastic remarks and often unasked-for opinions.

She portrays this strong character perfectly, giving her enough attitude to balance out her comionate and caring side.
