In 2008, Chanel wrote the sequel to Nora's Hair Salon, which she made a cameo appearance in. Finally, Chanel has worked as a producer. In addition to co-producing the films she wrote, Chanel produced the music video for Lil Mama's song, "Doughboy," in 2011.
