Note that the game technically launches on PC at the same exact moment worldwide; the exact date and time that falls on depend on the player's region. Preordering either the Founder's Edition or the Collector's Edition of Civ 7 allows the player to enjoy the early access program, launching the game as early as February 5 depending on their region, along with lots of other bonus content. Players who purchase the Standard Edition, though, will have to wait until February 10 or 11, depending on when Civ 7 launches in their region.
