Netflix has released the trailer for Cobra Kai season 6, part 2, which releases all five episodes on Friday, November 15, and it looks to focus heavily on the high-profile Sekai Takai tournament. In the almost two-minute trailer, which can be viewed below, the monumental occasion is clearly taking its toll on the main characters. This is particularly evident in one scene, which shows Miguel sobbing in Johnny's arms. The trailer ends with a character seemingly ready to use a knife as a weapon.

The trailer begins with some harsh kicks and punches, showcasing the level of competition at the Sekai Takai. It also catches up with Tory after her decision in Cobra Kai season 6, part 1's ending to walk away from Samantha, she is smugly welcomed to the tournament by a new competitor. But for the most part, the start of the trailer underlines that the young hopefuls are feeling the stress of the situation. They have to be guided by Daniel and Johnny.

However, personal issues still linger, especially between Sam and Tory, and there is some tension between Miguel and Robby. The older characters are not much better off, with the villainous Kreese attempting to stir up tension. But it looks as though Johnny gives a speech and does a solid job of getting everyone on the same page. A new character may complicate matters, though.

Bring On The Battles

The good thing about allowing the tournament to unfold at the midseason point is that it allows the third and final part of Cobra Kai season 6 to potentially be about the characters and wrapping up most of their stories in a satisfying way. But with ten episodes still to go for the Netflix hit, the trailer also successfully builds up uncertainty and excitement as it doesn't reveal too much about what's ahead.
