Warzone drop locations for both maps, based on both available loot and enemy encounter potential.

Players sticking with the tried and true Verdansk map (at least until it's retired in the supposed Warzone nuclear event) will want to make note of locations that contain supply boxes, the source of the best loot in the game. These boxes can give players cash, killstreaks, field upgrades, and weapons. The following Verdansk locations have the most loot available: Verdansk International Airport, Storage Town, Atlas Superstore, BCH TV Station, Karst River Quarry, Gorengard Lumber Yard, Verdansk Stadium, Verdansk Hospital, Verdansk Train Station, Barakett Promenade East, Downtown Tavorsk District, City of Verdansk Port, and Zordaya Prision Complex. As a basic rule, named locations are good, especially those industrialized locations towards the south end of the map.

Of course, locations with the best loot are sure to attract multiple squads, turning them into shooting galleries. Confident players (or those looking for quick, exciting rounds) may want to take their chances near Superstore and Storage Town. These are two of the hottest spots on the map, and if players can emerge victorious from the all-but-certain fight, they will be nicely positioned for a potential game-winning run. Dropping in, killing the other players, and getting the best loot is a winning Warzone strategy. The newly added Shipwreck is also attracting a huge amount of players, as captured by cdchristie1 on Reddit, but that may change as the newness wears off.

Warzone's Best Verdansk & Rebirth Island Drop Locations

How to Survive Resurgence Extreme, Warzone

For those who prefer a calmer drop, Verdansk's Lumber Yard or Boneyard can be good locations. These were the most popular suggestions in response to Reddit  StavBerko's post asking for non-hot drop locations, and they've been shouted out in several other posts. There's plenty of loot in these places, but also plenty of space, making it possible to skirt around the edges, nibbling away at some good loot drops while not engaging in large-scale conflicts.

Warzone's much smaller Rebirth Island map is designed for quick matches filled with gunfire. It's do or die on this map, and stealthy drops are much less likely, meaning it's probably better to just go all out for the best loot. The best loot can be found in the Prison Block, Decontamination Zone, Chemical Engineering, and Factory locations. Dropping in with the best Warzone loadout in mind can be a boost, as well.

On either Warzone map, knowing both where the loot is and where the enemy is likely to be can make all the difference. Players looking to increase their odds of winning their next Warzone match should try dropping into one of these locations.
