Both when Season One comes around on December 16 on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
Call of Duty: Cold War has been out since the release of the new consoles and has reached plenty of new players within the first month after its release. Warzone, which launched earlier this year, has plenty of fans that regularly play, and will be receiving new content from Black Ops Cold War throughout the new game's lifetime. But this new feature is something that few players were likely expecting since it hasn’t been a part of the franchise since 2017.
Mastercrafts are special cosmetic skins that are unique for each gun. Call of Duty: Black Ops developer placed on top of a Call of Duty gun, it makes it an “ultra” level weapon, ranking even above legendaries. It’s not clear yet which Mastercrafts are going to be coming to the game, but that could change in the next week as the premiere of Season One approaches.
The Mastercrafts tend to be Black Ops Cold War season one.
It’s unknown right now if the Mastercrafts are going to be available to everyone or limited to bundles or the game’s in-game store. There is also the option where players could possibly grind for the opportunity to gain the Mastercrafts in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone and earn them for their own guns. Either way, it's a feature that gives players something to look forward to even after they've exhausted the rest of the games' content.
Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War are available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
