Season 3 of Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops 6 has brought a lot of exciting new content after a slow start to 2025, most notably the return of Verdansk and some of Warzone's classic weapons to go with it. There are two new assault rifles and a sniper rifle that Warzone veterans will be familiar with that are already usable in the game, with some more weapons coming later in Season 3.

There is technically another new weapon for players to get their hands on in Warzone, although it already existed in Black Ops 6. Thanks to a very clever attachment choice, the Swat 5.56 Marksman rifle can now be turned into the legendary Grau 5.56. It was popular in Modern Warfare and Warzone in 2020, and it's just as good as it used to be.

Verdansk’s return is a crucial moment for the future of Warzone, and the addition of a barebones playlist could help to keep players sticking around.

With these attachments, the Swat 5.56 has low horizontal recoil, with very easy-to-manage vertical recoil. The conversion kit gives the Swat 5.56 clear and easy-to-use iron sights, but you can use an optic if you prefer instead of the foregrip. The conversion kit doesn't allow you to use a barrel attachment and only lets you use the 50-round magazine, which is suitable for long-range gunfights. If you pair the Grau with an SMG and the popular perks like you would with the Kilo 141 loadout, you've got one of the best long-range loadouts in Call of Duty: Warzone.
