There are Juggernaut. These two characters have strength nearly unlike any other, which is why fans have continually demanded to see the two fight again and again. While Juggernaut almost always defeated Colossus, Piotr finally got a win by taking inspiration from a friend.
Amazing X-Men #19 – written by Christopher Yost, with art by Jorge Fornes – finally featured the big moment where Colossus took down Juggernaut. In this issue, Juggernaut is on a path of revenge after he finds out that Cyclops killed Professor X. As Charles Xavier was Juggernaut's brother, he feels he can't allow Cyclops to simply walk away free and plans to confront and kill him.
In the end, it came down to Colossus to stand tall and block Juggernaut's path toward revenge.
What ultimately made the difference was that Colossus finally realized brute strength wouldn't work in a confrontation with his unstoppable opponent, and instead took a page from Wolverine's book, fighting less-than-honorably in order to outsmart the Juggernaut.

Juggernaut is a Knock-Off Version of Colossus, and Even He Knows It
In the Exiles crossover with the Uncanny X-Men, the Juggernaut's desire to do a Fastball Special suggests he knows he's a Colossus replacement.

Unwilling to let a fellow member of the X-Men die, Colossus confronts Juggernaut in Amazing X-Men #19, and finally manages to bring him down. Despite the fact Colossus has had a mostly losing streak against Juggernaut, he does his best and ultimately was able to win this encounter. What ultimately made the difference was that Colossus finally realized brute strength wouldn't work in a confrontation with his unstoppable opponent, and instead took a page from Wolverine's book, fighting less-than-honorably in order to outsmart the Juggernaut.
Up to this point in X-lore, Colossus and Juggernaut had a history of fighting one another, with Colossus often on the losing side of this. One of the first instances where Colossus got the sense beat out of him was way back in Uncanny X-Men #183 – written by Chris Claremont, with art by John Romita Jr. In this classic issue, while Colossus was drunk at a bar, he accidentally spilled his drink on the Juggernaut, resulting in the two having an all-out brawl, which ends up with Colossus being left unconscious in the ruins of the destroyed bar.
Colossus Finally Took Down Juggernaut With One Smart Attack
Strategy Triumphs Over Brute Force
Colossus continually threw his strength against Juggernaut, hoping that maybe this time he'd have the advantage, but he never did...That's why Colossus had to eventually realize it's not brawn that beats Juggernaut, but some well-used brains.
Colossus and Juggernaut fought again repeatedly over the decades, but Colossus's first major win came in Amazing X-Men #19, when Colossus finally realized he couldn't beat the Juggernaut with outright strength. Instead, he follows Wolverine's style of fighting and cheats. Colossus destroys the ground under Juggernaut's feet, causing him to fall off a mountain, taking him out of the fight; a similar tactic was later depicted in Venom Annual (2018) #1 – written by James Stokoe, with art by Travis Lanham – in which Juggernaut was beaten when Venom destroyed the floor underneath him, leaving him vulnerable to Venom's brutal attack.
When there are two characters of unbelievable physical strength, it's natural to want to see which one is stronger. Colossus continually threw his strength against Juggernaut, hoping that maybe this time he'd have the advantage, but he never did. Juggernaut is one of the physically strongest characters in Marvel and has gone up against the likes of Thor. Trying to beat him in a straight-on fistfight is a losing plan. That's why Colossus had to eventually realize it's not brawn that beats Juggernaut, but some well-used brains.
