With both shows being centered around famous warriors with incredible skill in combat, it is no surprise that The Book Of Boba Fett have some super cool fight scenes. While the latter has far fewer well-done fight sequences, it still has its share of great duels, mainly due to the characters' badassery, while the former is quite simply chock full of incredible action.

These fights are not large-scale battles with blasters, but mostly either 1 vs. 1 or 1 vs. a group. Whether it be down to the characters involved or simply the awesomely choreographed action, both shows have a few endlessly cool Star Wars fights.

Din Djarin Vs. Paz Vizsla

DIn Djarin with the Darksaber in The Book of Boba Fett

'Chapter 5' of The Book Of Boba Fett acts more like Chapter 17 of The Mandalorian and sees Din reunited with the Armorer and Paz Vizsla, the latter of which he ends up dueling for possession of the Darksaber that Din won from Gideon.

Mando faces off with the Armorer in training right before this battle, which is also incredibly cool, proving that Star Wars needs to show combat training on screen more. The fight between Din and Paz is great fun, though. Seeing two Mandalorians go at it is always fantastic to watch, and seeing Djarin grow into combat with the Darksaber and use his ingenuity is always a joy.

Din Vs. Migs, Burg, & Xi'an

While 'Chapter 6: The Prisoner' may not have been the most incredible episode of The Mandalorian, it had some fantastic Din Djarin action, particularly when he escapes the prison cell and hunts down Migs, Burg, and Xi'an.

There is a tense, horror aspect to the entire sequence, and seeing him fight, particularly Burg, is great. Audiences get to witness not only a range of combat styles and incredible fighting ability from Din, but get to see how different he is from the more ruthless bounty hunters like Cad Bane, as he simply locks the others in a cell like they did to him.

Cobb Vanth Vs. Cad Bane

Cobb Vanth faces off with Cad Bane in The Book of Boba Fett

'Chapter 6: From The Desert Comes A Stranger' is one of the best pieces of Star Wars fiction ever brought to screen, and Cad Bane managed to still stand out with his awesome entrance as he approaches Freetown.

His western movie-like standoff with Cobb Vanth is brilliantly executed by the performers and by Dave Filoni. It is a moment full of tension and badassery, not just from Bane, but Vanth as well. This is not so much a fight as it is a standoff and shootout, but it is still a wonderfully cool piece of Star Wars action between two opponents.

Boba Fett Vs. Cad Bane

Cad Bane does end up having more of a proper fight in the finale of The Book Of Boba Fett, battling it out with the show's titular character with whom he shares a lot of history. While the episode is not wholly outstanding, this fight is a highlight.

The two reference their long history, and not only is this another badass standoff, but it has a short yet great melee that ends in Cad Bane's death. While everyone will miss Bane, it does feel like he got a fitting end. Being in his seventies at his time of death means there is still plenty of potential Cad Bane content in the future.

Bo-Katan Kryze, Fennec Shand, Koska Reeves, & Cara Dune Vs. Stormtroopers

This definitely stretches the idea of a fight compared to a battle, as two groups face off with one another. However, seeing these four fierce characters decimate a group of stormtroopers is just terrific.

Audiences get to see how proficient yet different each of them is with a range of blasters, as well as their strength in melee combat and teamwork. Seeing them rampage through groups of troopers en route to the bridge is a fantastic aspect of the season 2 finale of The Mandalorian.

The Armorer Vs. Stormtroopers

The Armorer always utilizes her screentime to remarkable effect, being memorable in every one of her appearances throughout The Mandalorian and The Book Of Boba Fett. Undoubtedly her best moment is her ruthless decimation of a group of stormtroopers.

Using her armory tools, the Armorer shows off her incredible combat skills for the first time when she is encountered by troopers looking for Mando and company. The way she waits motionless before unleashing herself upon the stunned troopers is nothing short of awesome.

Boba Fett Vs. Stormtroopers

One of the reasons many fans, even the ones who did not think the story needed to be told, were excited for The Book Of Boba Fett was that he was so great in his appearances in The Mandalorian, particularly in 'Chapter 14: The Tragedy.'

Tracked down by the two, Din is ed by Boba and Fennec just as Grogu gets captured and Imperial forces of Gideon move onto Din's location. What ensues is a fantastic battle between the three and the stormtroopers. The true highlight, though, is seeing Boba destroying troopers by himself, particularly after he dons his iconic armor once more.

Ahsoka Tano Vs. Morgan Elsbeth

Ahsoka vs Elsbeth in The Mandalorian

Star Wars has always had a massive samurai influence, and both The Mandalorian and The Book Of Boba Fett are full of samurai tropes. There has never been a more considerable homage to the genre than "Chapter 13: The Jedi,' though.

These samurai influences, directed wonderfully by Dave Filoni, are a huge reason why this fight is so fantastic. Even outside of that, Ahsoka Tano's first proper duel in live-action was always going to be jaw-dropping for fans who have followed her journey. The fact she was fighting this fight for the good of the people of the village and the hunting down of Thrawn makes it all the better.

Din Djarin Vs. Moff Gideon

Mando versus Moff Gideon in The Mandalorian

Every time the Darksaber gets involved in The Clone WarsRebels, The Mandalorian, or The Book Of Boba Fett, the ensuing fight is great. This is arguably the pick of the bunch.

Seeing Din duel Gideon with his beskar staff is outstanding. It is wonderfully choreographed with a fitting, fantastic ending. Din is one of Star Wars' best characters, and while Gideon is not the coolest Star Wars villain ever, he is still impressive, particularly in the show's season finales. This is one of the franchise's best lightsaber/sword/melee weapon duels between two non-Force s.

Luke Skywalker Vs. The Dark Troopers

Luke Fighting Dark Troopers In The Mandalorian Finale

The Mandalorian gave audiences one of the best moments in Star Wars history in the season 2 finale when it reintroduced Luke Skywalker to the screen. It sees him destroy Dark Troopers as he comes for Grogu, and it is spectacular.

From the moment the hooded figure appears on Gideon's ship, the jaws of fans are on the floor. Seeing that iconic green saber tear through the droids is a moment that fans of Luke, The Mandalorian fans, and Star Wars fans will never forget. It is one of the most extraordinary things to ever happen on Star Wars TV.
