A new behind-the-scenes image has revealed the insane amount of dialogue that will be featuring in CD Projekt Red’s video game, begun working mandatory overtime to get the game complete before its anticipated November release. This is a huge back pedal for the developer, which had made previous assurances that weekend and night work would not be enforced or encouraged for this project. However, given the monumental paper tower that is the script, this need for crunch is maybe not all that surprising (even if it is disappointing).

CD Projekt Red first announced their action role playing game eight years ago. In that time is has experienced numerous setbacks and delays. However, it has now been confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 has gone gold, meaning that legitimately certified discs are now in possession of the manufacturers. This surely cements the fact that the November release date will be the one where the highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 will finally get its release.

A recent tweet from CD Projekt Red’s Japan Localization Manager, Nishio_EE, shows just how incredibly vast the dialogue in Cyberpunk 2077 will be. Standing behind a desk with four colossal stacks of paper, Nishio_EE confided in his followers that these piles were indeed the Japanese dubbed script of the game’s dialogue. CD Projekt Red certainly pays close attention to the conversations and character interactions within its games, and these pictures are hard evidence of this. This high attention to detail is one of the things that makes the developer’s releases so engaging to gamers and fans.

Another one of CD Projekt Red’s big projects, The Witcher 3 earned Game Of The Year in 2015. Given the strong credentials from the video game developers, there is already a lot of talk that Cyberpunk 2077 will go on to win CD Projekt Red another Game of the Year award in time.

The release of Cyberpunk 2077 this November will be one of the last major releases of 2020. It's enjoyed a strong, almost unswayable following from the moment of its 2012 announcement, and it maintains that monolithic image on the lead-up to launch. Along with its publication next month, Sony and Microsoft will unleash the next console generation upon the world, so it's safe to say that November is set to be an incredibly busy and exciting time for the gaming community.
