In addition to Morgan starring, 30 Rock co-showrunner Robert Carlock and writer Sam Means are attached to write and executive produce the pilot. 30 Rock creator, co-showrunner, and star Tina Fey is also executive producing. Saturday Night Live alum Rhys Thomas will direct the pilot.

Our Take On Daniel Radcliffe's New NBC Comedy

What To Expect From His Role

Daniel Radcliffe as Weird Al Yankovic looking offscreen

In his past comedic roles, Radcliffe has shown a preference for eccentric and over-the-top characters, though his portrayal of Arthur Tobin will likely lean more towards quirky and quick-witted. His work in The Lost City, Miracle Workers, and Kimmy vs the Reverend have all demonstrated his knack for physical comedy, absurd humor, and satire, but the new NBC comedy seems to offer a slightly different type of role. Regardless, expect Daniel Radcliffe to bring a mix of charm and impeccable comedic timing to his role in the promising new series.
