X Daredevil Shots shares two behind-the-scenes photos where Charlie Cox and Wilson Bethel are standing side by side on the Daredevil: Born Again season 2 set, both wearing full costumes. Cox's Matt Murdock sports a brand-new, black-and-red Daredevil suit with the iconic "DD" emblem on his chest, and Bethel's Benjamin Poindexter wears a very similar costume to the one he did in Daredevil: Born Again season 1 episode 1. X Wazabi_No_Ginger shares a set video where Daredevil and Bullseye jump through a Fogwell Gym window, and then Daredevil chases Bullseye down the street. Right afterwards, Cole North and Wilson Fisk's Task Force follow them on foot.

Wilson Bethel's New Bullseye Costume Includes A Comic-Accurate Detail

At first sight, Bullseye's Daredevil: Born Again season 2 costume may look exactly the same as the one he wore in Daredevil: Born Again season 1. However, a key detail stands out on a closer look. Wilson Bethel's new Bullseye costume features a very subtle bullseye-shaped circle on his balaclava — a nod to the villain's classic Marvel Comics mask. Bullseye's new mask is also more intricately textured this time around.

Daredevil's new costume is much different than his traditional red suit. In Daredevil: Born Again season 2, Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock will finally sport the Daredevil emblem on a brand-new black costume, fulfilling fans' ten-year wishes to see the "Double D" logo portrayed on screen. Daredevil's new suit seems to be inspired by the 2010 comic book storyline Shadowland. While Daredevil: Born Again season 2 is the first time Cox's Matt Murdock will wear it in live-action, the actor has already voiced a Daredevil variant who wore a similar black costume in 2024's animated series Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.

Daredevil And Bullseye's Story Is Just Beginning

Daredevil: Born Again season 2 will mark the third Marvel season where Matt Murdock and Ben Poindexter will face each other, yet their enmity is only beginning to take shape. As Matt Murdock confessed to Frank Castle in Daredevil: Born Again season 1 episode 4, Poindexter's life sentence wasn't enough punishment for the villain, and Matt is aching to exact revenge on his own . Wearing his new Daredevil costume, a full-fledged brawl against a fully suited-up Bullseye in Daredevil: Born Again seaosn 2 is the least Matt Murdock can as for.
