With the announcement of Daredevil's canonical situation in the MCU. Though there is a chance for their reunion with Charlie Cox reprising Matt Murdock/Daredevil, there has been no official word about Elden Henson returning as Foggy Nelson.
Still, fans have been reminiscing about Matt and Foggy as college best friends who started as fresh, new lawyers in Hell's Kitchen in the Netflix iteration. They have been through highs and lows, whether taking on Kingpin in the court of law or starting their first law firm together to help the most vulnerable people pro bono. Despite Daredevil's darker tone, the dynamic friendship between Matt and Froggy was the highlight, sometimes bringing in lighter and funny moments, as shown in memes.
Not Dead Yet
Despite being best friends, Matt did not immediately tell Foggy his secret as a vigilante. It also became noticeable that Matt tended to disappear from Foggy's life at random points, with seemingly no explanation and Foggy growing frustrated. It isn't until the pivotal turning point when Matt reveals his secret identity that things start to make sense to Foggy about Matt's disappearances and bruises.
After the reveal, Foggy checks in with Matt more often, to which Matt has less than ideal answers. In many cases, Foggy has found Matt numerous times on the verge of death, bleeding out, or injured. So, when Foggy asks how Matt is, Matt replying with "Not dead yet," isn't exactly reassuring.
Matt Dying
In a twist on this wildly popular meme, taken from a Vine, Foggy and Karen are trying to explain to Matt that there's one thing worse than death, and that's Matt dying.
However, Matt misunderstands the meme and assumes they mean he's worse than death. Matt has always struggled to understand that people in his life care about his well-being, so it's easy to assume he'd misinterpret an intervention from Karen and Foggy.
Matt's Recklessness

Even before Foggy was made aware of Matt's secret vigilante identity, he's always been looking out for Matt. After meeting at college, the two became best friends and roommates and have been inseparable since.
However, Foggy often expresses his concern for Matt and him looking after himself with his lack of sight. Foggy's trepidations for Matt is even funnier for fans, given Matt spends his nights getting beat up by enemies. Foggy has his best interests at heart, even if Matt doesn't always listen to his advice.
Different Types Of Friends
Matt doesn't have a lot of friends, unfortunately, and the ones he does have been vastly different to each other. Karen is more caring than the rest, always looking out for Matt and trying to help in any way she can, hence her text message reaction to Matt falling down the stairs.
Foggy, who has been friends with Matt for years, is used to his careless attitude and doesn't think twice when he hears Matt has fallen. Frank, known as the mercenary The Punisher, is a close acquaintance and has often been the reason for Matt ending up on the floor, so his reaction to Matt falling would be little care and more mocking.

Although Foggy and Matt are both lawyers, they rarely see eye to eye on things. Especially when it comes to criminals and enemies, Matt relies on his Daredevil persona to take care of the cities most dangerous.
Foggy, however, believes the best way to get people is to prosecute them through the legal system. This is often the subject of most of their disagreements in the later seasons when Foggy wants to arrest and try criminals in court, whereas Matt often goes for the violent approach first.
Matt Referring Himself In Third Question
In what seems to be a common theme amongst masked vigilantes, Matt sometimes refers to Daredevil in the third person, although he's talking about himself. It's such a common trait that this meme, Arrow, has been used several times over for other masked heroes.
Foggy doesn't like Matt's alter persona, as he struggles to come to with the fact that his best friend has this whole other life that he didn't know about. Matt constantly bringing it up and talking about himself in the third person is enough to weird Foggy out together.

In the later seasons, it was mainly all three of them who were caught up in the act. Like the Harry Potter characters, they can't seem to stay out of trouble, even if they tried.
Lack Of Plans
Although Foggy and Matt (and Karen) are educated and smart, the three struggle to come up with efficient plans when they need to.
Half the time, they seem to be winging their actions, using Matt's combat and Foggy's law of knowledge to hopefully lead them down the right path. Although they're plan-less, something that has been pointed out by Matt before, they usually end up achieving what they set out to, even if it's on good luck more than planned actions.

As previously mentioned, Foggy and Matt disagree on a lot of things. Although the show explores many Daredevil storylines from the comics, the entirety of it can be boiled down to this simple meme, where Foggy tells Matt not to do something, and Matt does it anyway.
Whether their approach to working a case or Matt's vigilante actions, the two struggle to agree on anything. As pointed out by this meme, the entire show is essentially based around Matt and Foggy's disagreements, with each having opposite responses.
The Best Wingman
Foggy has been there for Matt, from law school and opening their own practice to Matt almost dying several times. To top it off, Foggy is the perfect wingman.
Matt seemingly has no issue attracting women, but it's maintaining healthy romantic relationships that he struggles with. Regardless, Foggy is often the third wheel in situations, trying his best to be Matt's network, even if he doesn't understand what is happening or who Matt is seeing.
